4. SMS / Text Messaging and Mobile Information

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to text messages from NJBack Chiropractic Center, we use that phone number solely to send appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling and cancellation notices, post-visit follow-up, billing and insurance notifications, brace-fitting and brace-order notifications, office updates, and responses to your inquiries. Opting in to text messages is never a condition of receiving care or booking an appointment.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that support our messaging service (for example, our SMS messaging platform Twilio) is limited to what is required to deliver the messages you have requested. All categories of personal information described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by contacting us at (973) 874-9777 or info@chirogpt.com. For help, reply HELP. Message and data rates may apply. 5. AI Assistant (ChiroGPT / Bones)

Our AI assistant helps answer questions about our services, hours, and general chiropractic information. Conversations with the AI assistant may be stored to improve service quality. The AI assistant does not provide medical diagnoses or treatment recommendations. It is designed for informational and scheduling purposes only.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may collect or process your data:

  • Google Firebase: authentication, database, and hosting
  • Google Analytics: website usage analytics
  • OpenAI / Anthropic: AI language model providers for our chat assistant
  • Stripe or similar: payment processing (if applicable)

Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review their policies.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
